The yearly competition for "Best Pub in Oxford" was both the highlight and most challenging part of my year. When I first began the job of Marketing / Media manager at the the White Rabbit in January 2024 , my very first task was to "win the Ox-in-a-Box award!" according to my GM. As the White Rabbit had never won the award before this was a lot of pressure and a considerable challenge as it was public vote that decided the winners.
Despite this challenge, I managed to deliver the award to the White Rabbit TWO YEARS IN A ROW. I did this this by exploring multiple different methods to garner public votes; posters, stickers with QR codes, Tik Tok's, Instagram posts, emailing old clients, face to face sales and much more.
After securing the award for the 2nd year in a row, I decided to step back from my role as Marketing / Media manager as the award was evidence that I was ready for bigger and better things.
